Worst service ever!

I was at Game rustenburg waterfall Mall, I wanted to buy panado at the kiosk, there was a long queue inside the store. The floor manager came to ask me if what am I buying I told her, she left for a few minutes and cashier was helping with the panado and payment and she was yelling that I jumped the queuque, at that point I was putting my pin and she stopped me canceled the transaction took out my card and gave it to me, she kept yelling that I jumped the queuque. I was so puzzled at the amount of disrespect and unprofessionalism she displayed I was not happy at all, I was so embarrassed considering this happened in front of other customers.
