cellphone department

<p>I visited Game Rustenburg Mall cellphone looking for two J3 cellphones which were on special on the 21st November 2016 and was told that system is not working. I went back on Saturday 26th November 2016 and was told that system is on and off, so i hanged around the Mall for one and half and came back to cellphone department and problem was still not resolved. I waited for another hour till i gave up. I went again to Game cellphone department at Rustenburg Mall on the 30th and was told the same story and two ladies that are working there requested my particulars and i completed a form for details. I was told that i will be contacted to come collect my phones since the special was ending on the 6th December 2016. </p> <p>I contacted them on Friday 2nd December 2016 to find out and they explained that system will be ok on Monday and they will process my request and contact me. I contacted same people on Monday 5th December and was told that system is back on working fine and i will be contacted since my documents are with them.</p> <p>I contacted them again Tuesday 6th December 2016 to check my order and was told that cellphones are sold out. I believe i was not treated fairly since i went to the shop three times and made multiple calls but did not get anything at the end. My document are still sitting at the shop but no one bother to contact me.</p> <p>Very disappointed.</p> <p> </p>
