Tombstone

Good day,

It is with great disappointment for me to this complain. I got to a point where I was able to get a tombstone to honour my late mother by getting a decent tombstone for her. I came across a beautiful tombstone I like it. I requested to have one made for my late mother and they agreed to. I was shocked what I ordered came in a very small size, much smaller than what I paid for. I tried speaking to them and they acknowledged their mistake and promised to change but to this day, I’m still chasing after them. They have caused so much pain and I’m very frustrated right now. I really trusted them but in turn was disappointed and in grief. I want people to know how Waterfall Granite Tombstone sell people ideas and take their money and not deliver on the agreed service.
