Waterfall Crest is an absolute nightmare
Waterfall Crest is an absolute nightmare. I can't help but laugh at the negative reviews because they are so accurate. The management is terrible, the refuse is a mess, maintenance is nonexistent, and they hit you with hidden fees and overpriced gas. The place is deceiving from the outside, but you'll probably want to experience it for yourself, and trust me, they won't bother properly vetting you because they're desperate for tenants. People are constantly moving out and forfeiting their deposits which is probably better because you won't get your money back anyway.
This establishment truly deserves a prime-time feature on a reality TV show like "3rd Degree" or "Carte Blanche."
Their actions have reached a level of audacity that is astonishing. They have stooped so low as to engage in ******* tactics, including revoking my visitor's access, cutting off power, and making threats, all because I had the audacity to speak out against their ******** behavior.
My advice to you is not to hesitate in pursuing the legal route. These reviews alone should serve as sufficient evidence of their wrongdoing. I even went to the trouble of gathering a petition from fellow residents in the complex to expose their ******* practices. Trust me when I say that the stories shared in the reviews are just the tip of the iceberg; I've heard even worse tales.
These individuals undermine us based on their ****** beliefs and the assumption that we lack the financial means to pursue legal intervention. However, regardless of the truth behind these assumptions, I implore you to take your case to the Gauteng Rental Housing Tribunal. They are already well aware of this establishment's illicit activities, and the more people who complain and file cases, the brighter the spotlight will shine on their misdeeds.
Don't let these injustices go unchallenged. It's time to expose these perpetrators and hold them accountable for their actions.
I moved in with my partner and infant child right after he left the hospital, and we endured months without electricity due to fungi. Their so-called 'smart meter' app didn't work for two whole months, and when it was fixed, we were slapped with a bill over 4 thousand rands. To avoid power cuts, we paid it immediately, compromising our rent, but then the wicked lady in charge of accounts *******ly switched off our electricity. The violations here are endless—******* power cuts, ******ion, constructive evictions, *******ion, and *****.
I'm determined to take them down and have already taken the matter to the Gauteng Rental Housing Tribunal. Spare yourself the misery and stay far away from this place. I also have a separate court case and my lease is only expiring in two months.
