The worst experience ever..

I've to change my words for this place. Yes it all started well with **** smiles but it became a nightmare to stay here. The only nice thing about here is silence and good neighbors. I didn't interact with most of the employees so far but Howard and Adriaan is the only ones who actually helped and been kind to us so far. It's not that everything we want has to happen but they tried to help at least.. Like it supposed to be as in Client - Employee relationship. But one of the security and Jaco made this place the worst experience I've ever had. I lived in many different countries due to my job and stayed in many different estates as you can guess. I never seen or heard of a scenario that a security doesn't even look at his clients face when called for a help and can threaten his client. This happened on the 26th October. The gates wasn't working for the last 2 weeks at that time and its still not functional as I'm writing this.. we just asked for help and had to find our own solution by one of us opened the exit gate since nobody cared, threatened instead. He literally said "I'll moor you". Jaco arrived there after and he wanted us to be reported without even letting us speak. First of all, he needed to be fair to everyone and listen to each side. Yes, my brother raised his voice but you can't expect someone to be calm after threatened by the security he pays for his salary. He needs to keep us secured not try to moor us. And lastly, we pay our rent for what we signed for. That gates needs to operate all the time.I don't have to wait in the que everytime I try to get to my house after a long day.. If water pipe is broken, fix it under normal times.. it can't take 2 weeks.. funny story.. it's got broken after a week again and you can guess how long we needed to wait for it like water outages is not enough :) had to stay without internet for days and things like that.. If you can't manage get all these working then give us a discount and let's be fair. I've signed for a fully functional house and asking for everything to work properly is my very right.. They fined us for the gate story.. sent an email to my brother.. he's having medical treatment in overseas.. none of us saw that email obviously.. I've paid for it hours ago, eventhough I'm going take it to court.. I've a very important meeting that can be life-changing ( I really mean it.. ) for me so I've to work for it but guess what.. I'm sitting in the darkness because they've suspended my unit.. Eventhough I've paid my rent on time.. I can't do my work, can't cook, shower etc.. This is ridiculously UNFAIR !! All these because of Jaco and that security.. All I know about that security is he likes to moor people but Jaco is definetly not the person what you read in the comments. I gave him nice comments since he specifically asked me to write some comments when we move in. He did that couple of times and I didn't want to be rude. He just did his job by giving briefing about the estate. Believe me he did nothing extra to receive such comments.. I do believe most of the comments has the same story.. Things happens and I also have come across with my clients.. sometimes they're right and sometimes I am.. but I could never even think of such an attitude. Never seen or heard of such actions from a employee and company supports it either.. If you're thinking who are you to judge us like this.. The dear manager please send me an email.. I'll share my CV.. I don't want to sound like an egoistic person.. there're millions of great people with better brains than me out there but believe me I've more than enough experience to say these ;) I believe in positivity so I said to myself they maybe also had a bad day and just wanted to forget about it but.. as I'm STILL sitting in the darkness spending my time writing these just because of two uneducated employees.. I'm going to take this to all the available platforms and courts if necessary.. Please advise me how we should move on. I don't want to hear we're sorry etc. and I don't want to be right anymore... I want SOLUTION !!!
