Management makes or breaks a complex.

Junior caretaker Jaco. He is kind, knowledgeable, always there, even after hours. He is patient, and explains everything in detail so we understand. He truly stands for his title "caretaker". I'm just confused that he's still a junior and not staying onsite. He runs this place completely alone which brings me to Senior caretaker Adriaan. Rude,no respect,does nothing. He's always outside office smoking and he has ****** behaviour. What's the point of onsite caretaker if he does nothing for us. Whats the point of Adriaan even being here. Please bring Jaco onsite and retire Adriaan from this complex. This way everyone will have a more pleasant experience and not leave the complex. It's such a beautiful place and great facilities. But the cancer Adriaan needs to be removed. If he does what a caretaker is supposed to do and explain everything like Jaco and is patient like Jaco and has Jaco's work ethic, we will all stay longer and our issues with Fungi, water, rental or any maintenance issues won't be such an issue for us based on the experience. But Adriaan is not fit for the job, or at least not for a complex this size, and this makes us negative about Waterfall Crest. My overall rating would be 3, based on how miserable Adriaan makes us all and how he negatively impact our experience here. But Jaco. nothing but 5 star where he's mentioned.
