Waterberry hill service not up to standard

Good day everyone. From 2 January till 8th January 2021 we booked in to stay at waterberry hill resort at hazyview mpumlanga. Needless to say we arrived there at about 1600. We were very tired and needed to shower and relax. We actually booked two 4 sleeper resorts. In both of them there was no towels. We phoned Reception and requested 8 towels. Nothing came and we had to share 1 towel amongst the 7 of us. Ok that's the 1st thing. Then we told them that the dstv does not have all the channels that was promised to us. The technician came and even up to the time of leaving the issue was not resolved. Furthermore there are no aircons only fans. Also this place has a terrible mosquito problem. They changed our resort on the Wednesday morning but refused to allow us to use the jacuzzi even after we offered to pay. Very very disappointed with this place. Would not recommend it to anyone to stay there. Cleaning staff very lazy beds not made properly.
