Waterberry hill disaster

We visited Waterberry Hill in Mpumalanga in September 2019. On our stay I used their laundry services and gave them my husband's clothes for washing. My clothes were damaged from the laundry and the Owner/manager Francious DE Lange said he will claim from his insurance. He took my details and said he will inform me of the outcome. I sent him all the required information regarding my damaged clothes on his whatsapp number. I have not heard from him since, he is ignoring my calls when I phone him both on the cell and on the land line. He has even blocked me on Whatsapp. I would not recommend that you stay there while visiting Hazeyview because not only did the damage my clothes but they also broke out friends speaker and he is also still waiting for this insurance to pay out today(December 2019)
