Worst experience

<p>We booked an overnight stay and arived early</p> <p> On arrival they told us we were too early. We acknowledge the fact and said we were prepaired to wait at the swimming pool. They opened the gate and as soon as we arrive at the swimming pool a woman came with an mission just to attack us verbally and said she will charge us a day visit as well. Which is contradicting to the adverti*****t on the advertising board. She did not even give us a chance to explain and made ****** remarks as well. The worst thing is that it was my sons birthday weekend and he and his friend had to experience the cold reception. I will never advise anyone to visit Waterberg Resort</p>
