Unreliable Service and Unresolved Damages: Disappointing Experience with Water Works Leak Detection & Plumbing

Extremely disappointed with Water Works Leak Detection & Plumbing. Back in January, we entrusted them with detecting leaks and relining some pipes at our pool, paying a substantial amount for their services. However, despite our investment, the damages their team caused remain unfixed to this day, well into May 2024. They failed to show up for their last appointment to commence repairs, leaving our pool unusable for months. Communication was unreliable, and they consistently rescheduled without honouring their commitments. This prolonged inconvenience and financial losses are unacceptable. Cannot recommend their services based on this experience.
