Water from Air - no spares and where have they gone?

Water from Air - Ballito. Does the machine produce water - yes, but no where near the amount claimed and I live in a high humidity area. Where are they located? Who knows, they appear to have moved location but website still shows old address. Spares, expensive but doesn't matter because they can not supply spares e.g. filters etc, have been waiting since August, now into November. They still advertise on takealot.com but it may be worth checking alternatives. Any one know where I can get replacement filters?
