Paid and No delivery

Extremely frustrated ... ordered and paid for filters of about R2400, after numerous follow up calls questioning delivery, only empty promises have been made that delivery will be the "following day".... today, no answer when I called... it has been almost 3 weeks!! I feel I have been ****** at the moment...
