Beware of WaterFromAir

I contacted them on the 30th October and until now 23 November my problem unit AW3 has still not been sorted out.The unit is a hardly a year old and is not dispensing water and the so called technician Charles who does the servicing in Cape town doesn't bother getting back to us to arrange repair etc.They also expect me to buy more products from them even though they offer such **** service etc
