Bad client service

I bought my fire arm with waterfall arms on the 25 September 2023. whilst I'm waiting for my firearm license they keep my fire arm and you can only practice at their shop. But they never have booking for one to go and do target shooting. so they are keeping my fire arm but i cant even use it. The front ladies that work the are not a useful group, never have a solution for the clients. this place i useless and i regret ever going in their shop.
