Waterbrothers after service is disappointing

We approached Waterbrothers in 2022 as we had a badly built pool that we were trying to prevent leaking. Our brief to them was unequivocally that we needed to know if the pool should be rebuilt from scratch, or if they could do remedial that would fix the issue. We were very clear that we wanted a long-lasting solution. They assured us that with they could do remedial work on the structure and that with the stretchy rubber lining it would be sufficient to prevent future leaking. At no point did they lead us to believe that their proposed solution would not be long term. 3 years later and our pool is leaking. It does have a large crack on one end, but the leak is not coming from that. It is coming from a join in the rubber in an entirely different area which leads me to ponder how well they installed the rubber? I asked them to assist with a solution in December of last year and followed up in January, but my messages were ignored . When I did finally speak to Robert, he laid the blame entirely on our pool shell despite knowing what he was dealing with from the start. We took Waterbrothers’ advice, we paid them R 108,000 and their remedial work lasted 3 years. At no point did I suggest that we expected them to come back and not get paid to sort this out. I expected that they would be honest and reliable enough to assist us in what to do next and their unwillingness to help should help readers of this review make up their own minds about whether to engage their services.
