Fish Pond damaged

We hired Wellington from Water All Irrigation to fix our small fish pond. He did work all day and we were hopeful that Wellington would solve the leaking issue.

However, the pond now loses water faster than ever. Within 24 hours the pond drains 70% of the water. Repeated attempts for Wellington to resolve the issue (he claims to provide an 8 year guarantee for his repairs on his website) were futile. He answers the phone, agrees to date and time and then never shows up. This happened repeatedly.

We got off on the wrong foot right from the start as he did not show up at the agreed time - or on the agreed day for that matter! However, as we had paid a 50% deposit we did not want to forfeit the money.

Dealing with Wellington from Water All Irrigation and Fish Pond is one very unpleasant and unprofessional experience. He is quite expensive, does not adhere to agreed dates and us never seen again after his shoddy workmanship.
