Poor Service all round.

We have had several issues with watchprop in the past and we can no longer allow them to get away with poor client services or poor tennant sevices.

How is there a 24hour emergency line when you cant get through? How can you have a water leak inside you flat, report this issue 2 weeks ago already and yet WATCHPROP has sent out no one to attend to the issue? Why are we being told someone will come out tomorrow, take off work, lose a days money, only to wait and have no one come out?

I'm at the point off calling in a Health & Safety Officer, as well a Building inspector. Because this is pathetic. Sitting in your lounge in a complex with a water leak from your sealing. How is this best practice. Or how is it fair towards your tennants.

What does your company stand for if you are unable to deliver the services your company is supposed to take care of. When we called for the 3rd time we were told there is more leaks in our complex that must be attended to that had issues before us. Why are those people still waiting to get assistance?

This is pathetic and need to be looked into urgently as our health and lives are at risk.

They dont even have an email to contact too.

Hellopeter please assist!!

****hka, we refer to conversation between tenant and our Kelley Bailey last week where  it was advised that the external plumber that was communicated with on our after-hours line did not make a call out the next day. The matter was referred to the trustees and they insisted that a specific contractor first inspect, which was requested by ourselves since. In addition we requested a second opinion / quotation from a further provider.  This leaks were brought to the Owners attention who is a trustee at the building, as the balcony maintenance is an owner responsibility. The tenant was also informed last week that we are awaiting feedback from the trustee appointed contractor to advise as to when they will be going inspecting and this is being followed up on. The second contractor will also provide input as they are dealing with some other water ingress issues in the scheme. Watchprop is as managing agent responsible for the financial and administrative management of the scheme and the comments made and rating attributed should be reconsidered taking this into account. We act in terms of trustee instructions.
