Appalling service

I am definitely not impressed with the service i have been receiving! Watchlist Pro updated their app begining November, and since then i have been experiencing a lot of issues! Particularly the speed of the entire app! No matter how many times i ask for assistance through their WhatsApp or through email, they keep acting clueless, as if i haven't asked them before. Or they just completely ignore me! It's now middle January and my issue still hasn't been fixed!! I also experienced other issues on and off, and their only answer is clear the cache. I constantly clear the cache, which makes the app even slower!🤬 They also don't have any idea how debit orders work because they only allow you to watch for 30 days and switch your service off before they debit your account. I have never in my life heard of a streaming service that does that; until now🤦🏼♀️ If anyone is reading this, please be warned, Watchlist Pro is not a trustworthy app
