Zero communication and ****mers

This place is a total joke. I purchased a watch on 10/12/2024. Had no problems with the order or delivery. The watch was beautiful but after a few days of wearing I sent an inquiry regarding the steps and calories not counting as it should. To date, no response has been received on my email. After numerous attempts I reached them via FB messenger to request a return. It took two weeks of back and forth with them not responding and threatening with bad reviews before I eventually got an address to return the watch. They refuse to give a contact number. The watch was delivered with courier proof on 08/01/2025, and I have followed up and still no responses. No responses, no refund, no watch and no communication. I want my money back. Places like these should not be allowed to operate, you cannot run a business like this. Be warned people! Do not do business with Watchlily!
