Hi guys can someone please get back to me because there's no response on my emails regarding my order, the website says courier between 1-4 days its been 5 days and haven't received anything or responses

On the website when i ordered the item was in stock, i see this has been said to many clients before, my aunt waited nearly 6 weeks for hers, so why is it on the website in stock and then you guys reply with its out of stock? wish i could've shared a screenshot of the website not saying it's out of stock
