Watchily...DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!!

After purchase service is non existant. They do not honor their 12 month after purchase guarentee. No telephone numner for complaints, only email that is ridiculous. Helpdesk asks the same questions over and over. Even when an explanation is given, they ask the same questions again. I had to give Diara my order number 4 times. The band of my watch jas a problem where the clasp unlatches constantly and persistantly at any given time. They want a video of this. How should I know when the clasp will unlatch and when it does it happens in les than a second.....so how do you catch your watch with your free hand for it not to get damaged and get your phone out of your purse and take a video of the clasp unlatchin all at the same time? I have explained this twice on email and the still ask for a video!! DO NOT BUY WATCHILY!!!
