Watchily South Africa Smart Watches

I bought this smart watch on 24 April 2024, with order number #17253

Since August 2025, my watch is not working properly, not charging at all. I've contacted them about this issue, sent them videos, photos etc.

They only responded by saying its been 1 year already and they cannot do anything. They advertise all of their products widely over social media when the product it self does not even last at all.

My colleague at work also bought one and after one month hers stopped working.

So don't advertise ****ty products saying its good quality when IT IS NOT!
