Watchily Sales Service

Really having the worst experience! Placed an order on the 26/11/2023 and have received nothing. Told a mate about them and he places an order on the 28/11/2023 and receives his watch on the 30/11/2023. On the 01/12/2023 I get told it will be dispatched tomorrow and arrive in a few days. Lo and Behold absolutely nothing and no feedback or responses. I would appreciate a courtesy mail regarding delivery dates or estimates. At this point and time, i would just like my money back! Poor service!
