Watchily Rapair Complaint

My colleagues pruchased me a Watchily watch as a gift of choice when I left my previous job. The watch was purchased 01 Jul 2024. The watch was fine for 10 months. Then the back of the watch by the sensor cracked and came off, I didn't even see find the piece. I the contact Watchily for assistance as I am still within warranty of a year. All for them to respond with did I drop the watch and I said No, they then went mum for a few days before responding that they are unable to assist me. I was lookin gto repair the watch mysel as the owners of the product they should at least be able to give where I could get parts.
