Watchily not switching on

I bought a black Elite E4 Xwatch Pro and received it on time. However, to my shock after charching the watch, the watch did not want to switch on. I have been trying to switch on the watch for the last couple of days but nothing is happening and i sent emails, no one is responding to my mails.

I am very disappointed at this watch which I was really looking forward to for such a long time.
