Watchily is **** and ****ming people

I received my order within 2 days however they sent me a dud, the watch does not switch on, it looks nothing like what I ordered and I have sent them several emails requesting for a refund or exchange and they have not bothered responding to any of my emails. I believe they are ****ming people and one has no way of contacting them.
