Watchily - Cheap quality products, Not honouring warranty, Poor and unhelpful customer service

If it sounds too good to be true it probably is. Yoy get what you pay for.

I recently purchased a watch from Watchily, and my experience has been nothing short of disappointing. Not only did the watch barely last a year, but the quality was far below what I expected. The watch started showing signs of malfunctioning just a few months in.

When I reached out to their customer service, hoping the warranty would cover the issues, I was met with unhelpful responses and excuses. They refused to honor their own warranty, leaving me with a broken watch and wasted money. I expected better quality and, at the very least, decent customer service, but Watchily failed on both fronts. I would not recommend this brand to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy watch. Save your money and shop elsewhere!
