Watchily

I bought 3 watches for Christmas. One for myself and one for each of my daughters. When my daughter charged her watch it went black and just stopped working. I have sent numerous emails, messaged on Facebook with no response. Absolutely terrible service. The watches are very expensive and I have just wasted money with no guarantee or help from the company. They are very quick to take orders but have absolutely no customer care whatsoever. I have now given my daughter my watch and can only hope the remainder 2 watches continue to work. Absolutely do NOT recommend this company. I've lost R 1 400 now because of them.
