Very unhappy client

Very unhappy client, Ive placed an order for 2 black smart lady watches as Christmas presents a week and a half ago for delivery in Johannesburg Alberton which they say would take 1-2 days. I haven't received it yet and no feedback received on emails. Their WhatsApp messages don't event go through. Just want to know if I will receive it before Christmas as it is Christmas presents. No feedback whatsoever. Very unhappy. Hope to get it in time.
