They are Sharks!!! Bad service, stole money

I bought a watch on 1 December 2024 and received it very quick. The watch keep disconnecting. I send messages complaining about it but they ignored my complaint. Then I bad mouth them on Facebook but they keep deleting my messages. After a few attemps someone answer but was not very helpful. I had the watch for 2 weeks and and every day it disconnect and it was a mission to get it connected again. On 23 December 2024 I courier the watch back to them. On 24 Decemer 2024 at 9h10 the watch was delivered and signed for by Chandre. Up to now they have not acknowledged receipt of the watch. My queries are ignored or they say it is urgently investigated. Please don't buy anything from Wathily. They are SHARKS I have never experienced such bad service from anybody
