The worst ever

If there was a minus star I would have given this. This is the worst company ever. I ordered on the 23rd of December. I then messaged them later requesting that I change my order, why they then got the change wrong. Which I then clarified with them on Facebook Messenger. In the end I was told that the watch that I want is not in stock and will be sent by the end of the month. This was fine and dit not mind waiting for the watch. However on the 3rd of January I messaged them asking that my order gets cancelled as I got another watch as a gift and they advised that this is no problem I will get my refund once they are done with sending out all their orders. On the 6th I received an email saying that my order has been shipped. I then queried with them why this was shipped after I requested that it gets cancelled. From there I received no response from them. I then received the watch just for this to be the incorrect one ordered. I again emailed and sent messages. At first they rep**** to my email asking for a photo of the watch. After that they are ignoring my emails and messages. These people are ****mers and should be blocked or be reported. They also delete all of my comments on Facebook asking for a response on the incorrect watch that was sent. And it seems that they are deleting all negative comments making it look as if they are such a reputable company. Action needs to be taken against them
