Terrible customer service

I previously removed my review because I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but I have never in my life received such service. I sent a still sealed watch band back to exchange within 2 days and they advised they will check it and once checked do the exchange. Everytime I follow up they send me the tracking number for the initial parcel delivery saying it was delivered and to sort it out with the courier. I have to this day not received my exchange and it has now been almost a month (Since 7 Dec). No contact number no assistance via mail. They just either do not bother to read your mail trail or are just simply not cut out to do their job. I would give 0 if I could.
