SHOCKING SERVICE - NO RESPONSE

We have been e-mail now since 20 th May. Have followed all the instructions they give and now radio silence. The watch is not charging and is now completely dead. We have the miliatry, apparently indestructible watch - really. We bought the watch to monitor my husband's health as he has a heart condition. Not sure what to do if something happens to him now.

You do not get a response via e-mail, whatsapp number does not work, phone number does not work. No response on Facebook either.
