I purchased a smart lady watch last year, unfortunately it stopped working this year . I reached out to them since it still had warranty, guys just after few hours of giving them the details of what was wrong with my watch they informed me that they will be sending a replacement. The 2nd working day after that I received my new watch .

I love that they didn't give me any runarounds about it, I am very happy with the service.
