Ridiculous Bad service - still did not reveive my order

This is the worst service ever. I ordered the 23rd of December. I still have not received my order. I have sent numerous whatsapps, emails, messengers on FB and even tried to comment on their FB page for an answer. They are quick to send promotion emails but super slow on responding. When i get an answer on whatsapp it is what is your order number and 3 days has passed now and still no response. I have never in my life had a worst customer care experience. This is ridiculous. I either want a full refund or want my order by 16/01/2024. Worst experience ever. I could have rather spend the money somewhere else for a watch and receive it with full customer satisfaction and in a reasonable time frime - not almost a month later with no response and no feedback and no delivery.
