Refund not yet paid

I orderd a charger November then I cancelled the order via email in 30 minutes told them I don’t need it anymore they told me via email they already sent it …when delivery guy came told him to take it back since I don’t need it anymore communicated with them till today no refund and poor communication they don’t reply …they have a very poor customer service
