Radio Silence - No communication ! Poor After Sales Services

I placed an Order for 2 watches for Christmas - The Delivery was Excellent within 3-4 days. But since we have decided to return these watches and they were received back on December 27 there has been NO RESPONSE. Watchily You honestly need to sort out your after sales services , have someone responding on Your Watsapp and emails and at the very least communicate that Your sales, refunds , services and communication will resume at some sort of date. Your sales was excellent but now there is Radio Silence and It is killing the consumer !
