Poor service, no delivery.

Ordered our watch on the 11/12 and have yet to receive it. I have emailed several times, however it appears this company is either too scared of actually dealing with customers, or simply don't care. If you're shipping times can't be kept, please let your clients know. It's starting to look like I lost my money more and more every day.

Last time I do any sort of business with them.
