Poor customer service, false advertising, utterly disgusted

I wouldn't have bohered myself and wasted my money if I first read reviews before placing the orders. False advertising on delivery times, no commumication, no replies to communication. Orders #24641 and #24639 placed on the 27th December 2024 till today absolutely nothing from wachily except confirmation after paying.
