POOR CUSTOMER SARVICE, I WAS ****MED

i orderd a watch strap in November only to get it late January 2025... if that was not enough they sent a smallanyana toy size band which is not compatible to the watchily smartlady watch. i sent numerous mails only for them to respond saying i should courier it back!!!!! i paid R400 FOR HEAVEN SAKE . I EXPECT TO BE GIVEN WHAT I HAD ORDERD NOT TO BE MILKED MORE MONEY.
