Poor communication and service

I ordered a Watchily SmartLady - Smar****ch For Women (Silver), order #13067, on 2023/12/12 at 10:17. Product did not show as sold-out. I emailed the contact email after on 2023/12/18 at 09:45 to request an ETA for delivery...no response received. After reading a few reviews on HP I checked the website again to see if the product was still available and it showed as sold-out and delivery would be after Christmas. At time of writing this review, I have not received any communication from Watchily in any way...not even an update that at time of order they were already ou of stock or to manage my expectations that this might be delivered after Christmas or anything. For those who wrote good reviews, consider yourself lucky as it appears that the 1-star ratings are growing by the day relatingto the same issue...most probably faster than the 5-star ratings... Watchily...you've seen some of the negative reviews...don't you think it's time to change the way you do things, especially during a busy festive season. I'll be waiting my delivery as I've noticed your return and money-back policy share in the negative reviews. I've accepted that this will not be a Christmas present anymore.
