Pathetic customer service

Don't buy from these people. Customer service is pathetic. They are unhelpful. The after sales support is the worst. You rather buy from a reputable store that you can physically go into. This business just sells a product but doesn't try to make the customer happy. They are rude. I bought a watch in December so I qualify for a free strap or screen protector. When I added the protector it showed the price so i removed it, I thought maybe they would send it to me on their own. They didn't and that's fine. My watch came and I contacted them to ask if I could pay the courier cost and be sent the free item I qualify for. The lady refused. I wasn't asking for favors, it was what I qualified for. I later paid for my screen which should have been free and I paid shipping. Don't buy this watch. It's nothing special. If you have any issues later you not going to get proper customer support. Save for a better brand
