No delivery- ****

I placed an order on the 9th June 2025. I still haven’t received my order. Sent an email to their contact and they said it would be delivered the next day. A week later I’m still waiting for the watch to be delivered. I keep sending emails and no response. Their communication is bad.

I need my money back. They are a ****.
