Lack of communication
<div>I ordered the watch on the 29th of November 2024 to this day I have not received an email confirming that my order has been dispatched yet on the website they state it takes 1-4days for delivery when I send DM they are ignoring me It is almost a month now with no direction can I have my money back because clearly you are not keeping to your promise their service is pathetic.</div>
