I have not received my order

Order #25362 I placed my order on the 3rd of February and I was expecting my order in 1 to 4 Days as per their website, today its the 24th of February 2025 and I have not received anything. I have sent countless emails to no response, this is literally my last resort. Can I please get my money back if you cannot fulfil your promise.
