Horrible Feedback & service!
Placed on order on the 20th of December; once funds was paid - no feedback on delivery & ETA. Festive has come & gone, still no feedback & I have requested a refund as the item ordered was an XMAS gift, still NO feedback till today - absolutely shocking, massive online marketing from Watchily showcasing how happy everyone is but failed horribly to deliver. I feel I was coaxed into trusting them - I NEED MY REFUND IMMEDIATELY!
