Haven’t received my order

Absolutely disgusted by the service I received! I have placed my order for a watch on the 15th of April 2025 and till today 30 April 2025 I haven’t received my order or any response from the Watchily team. I have send +- 6 emails, still haven’t heard anything. I have contacted them via Instagram and saw that my Instagram message has just been read and still no response. There is no contact number available only an email address which obviously doesn’t help much.
