Great watch/poor aftersales communication.

I will be honest I was also frustrated with the lack of aftersales communication however when they finaly rep**** and explained the backlog I calmed down and let it play out.We were very happy with the product and ordered a second one for myself so in this fast pace world of ours I would advice just have abit more patience and you will get your product only reason 4 out of 5 stars is they need to hire somebody to deal with aftersales queries and concerns.
