False advertising and poor customer service

My experience has been bad. Poor customer service. On the website it is advertised that you will receive your product within 3 days however it has been almost a month since I have placed my order and I have still not received my watch. I have emailed their customer service and they have informed me my parcel is with the courier I will receive it within the week. Two weeks later the excuse is that the product I want is out of stock. A week later they will inform me once my order has been shipped. I am yet to receive my watch.
