Extremely Disappointing Service and Poor Product Quality

I am incredibly frustrated with the service and product quality I have experienced with Watchily.

First, my order (Order# 24281) was delayed and not delivered as promised. After waiting, I compromised and accepted a screen protector instead of the extra watch band I had originally ordered. The screen protector turned out to be of very poor quality, it didn’t stick properly at all.

To make matters worse, the watch I purchased stopped functioning entirely just two weeks after I received it. When I contacted the company to report the issue, instead of addressing my concern, I received a completely irrelevant response saying my watch would be delivered soon, along with a tracking number.

I feel ignored and ****med. I’ve received no meaningful support or resolution, and I’m still waiting on my refund. The lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable.

I would not recommend this company to anyone based on my experience. If this issue is not resolved urgently, I may have no choice but to escalate further.
